St. James Town Children
Ministry Coordinator: Marjorie Ross
The programme is a partnership amongst churches and community organizations in St. James Town to help children with their school work and to provide them with new educational opportunities.
Each weekday, our team works with program coordinator Chiara Lara to oversee 15-20 children aged 5-12 in a programme of snack, homework, and recreation. At times we offer additional enriching activities such as drama, storytelling, music, or painting.

The programme is overseen by a steering committee comprised of members from our own congregation, as well as St. Simons Anglican Church, Our Lady of Lourdes, the 614 St James Town urban mission, as well as the St James Town Safety Committee.
